Your oasis awaits. A clean, comfortable, tropical getaway once owned by the famous actor Vincent D`Onofrio.

Close to the beaches, off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bar and restaurant overlooking the water. Cape Coral is the 5th largest city in Florida. We have over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 parks for your recreation. Please note our NO PARTIES and no SMOKING policy.



This is a large custom home that consists of 1 Master Suite that overlooks the pool, includes a large custom bath and walk in closet, 2 guest bedrooms with a pool bath. Outside is a PRIVATE HEATED POOL. The pool deck has plenty of room to lounge in the sun or shade. Enjoy a round of Cornhole in the private yard with a six foot privacy fence.

Inside we have WIFI and smart TV`s throughout. There is a spacious great room for entertainment, board game table and large smart TV. Full custom kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool as well as a large formal dinning area.

Let us know if you are interested in adding the the extra, private in law apartment/suite located on the property. It is a separate rental that you can reserve if you want more space. It has a separate entrance and parking, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave.



You, and you only, will have complete access to the main house and pool.

Clean and comfortable

This is perfect for a couple if you’re not needing to cook meals besides using a microwave and having a refrigerator. The hot tub is set up well with privacy fence. We could hear the people living in the main house, but it wasn't disruptive. We enjoyed staying here and visiting the area.

The perfect house for our family get away! Such a cute neighborhood and close to our family who lives in the area. The pool was fabulous and we loved the TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen had just about everything we needed 🤗 Beds were super comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Definitely would stay in the future.

Golden Girls Adventure

The location of this house was great. It was a (relatively) short commute to a few of the popular beach attractions as well as shopping centers. We would definitely stay in Cape Coral area again. The house itself has a great kitchen area. The living room furniture could use a shampooing or be replaced. The beds were ok, possibly outdated as well. It is not disclosed that there are tenants that live on the property - they weren't bad neighbors- it was just weird? Generally, a nice, quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was accomodating to our requested early check in.

Nice Home

The house is very nice. It does need some loving care. There is a huge hole in wall out in lani. Garbage in a corner of yard. When furniture, or appliances needed to be attended to, Gary was there.

Had a short visit during the week between Christmas and New Year, very nice property, small glitch when we checked in but was rectified immediately, Beautiful little apartment and setting very relaxing.. great location across from the Mall and eateries are close by...Will definitely try to stay again.

Perfect Stay!

Upon arrival the house was very cute & located near a lot of things in Cape Coral! Very quiet and clean neighborhood. The inside of the home was spotless and decorated very nicely. We loved the master shower/tub for relaxing after a day at the beach. The double vanity and storage throughout the whole master suite both in the bathroom and in the bedroom armoires is so nice to have so you feel settled in. There was plenty of closet room for all of our clothing and luggage in every bedroom! The kitchen is updated and has everything you could need. The pool is fabulous & there is a big storage chest full of any pool toys you need. We absolutely loved our stay and will be checking availability every time we return to Cape Coral!

A Quiet Retreat

The location is very nice if you like to be outside. The furnishings were very nice and clean. The owners were very attentive to any issues. Some things I’d suggest the owners be aware of: The TV connection didn’t work well. It would return to a Google login page after a while of any other program. Fortunately I don’t watch much tv. There are tiny ants that invade the countertop and the bathroom. Otherwise the bugs were nonexistent. The Hottub only half works. The other half of the house is used by an older. Couple and they must smoke. I could smell their food when being cooked as well as their smoking at verity’s times coming through the vent. When I arrived, the toilet seemed to have been cleaned and then used. It smelled and not everything had flushed when I arrived. Not sure who might have been in there within minutes before my arrival but it made me a little uneasy. Lastly, the roof was replaced/repaired while I was there but there does seem to be a persistent drip from the eaves that drips just outside the door. The owners may want to look at it. I don’t mean to complain because the stay was wonderful for me. I would go back. 30 minute drive to the beach and a nice breakfast place just around the corner. Walking distance to a preserve. Very nice.

Interesting Property

Overall acceptable. Best house in the neighborhood. Very nice neighbors on walks. Did not realize part of house was occupied- their voices carry through the walls and made sleeping difficult. Found bugs (not ones you want to find), but it’s Florida after a hurricane. Otherwise it worked for golf trip!

NICE POOL AND HOME

Check in and out process was extremely easy. The house was very clean, any issues Gary took care of. The pool was clean and big. The rooms were a good size. I loved the master bathroom. The living room couches was soft and plush. The kitchen was a little small but there is two dining areas. The pool area was clean with new floors. The neighborhood is quite and clean. The only cons was the grill was too small, the master room mattress needs to be replaced, and the house has a apartment connected on the other side of the home and in one of the rooms the window is blocked because it is the apartments porch, also you can hear the TV and people talk from the room. The backyard is partially shared the apartment gets the jacuzzi and this home gets the pool. The only thing separating the two is a tinted curtain a small hole fence that only stops by the door and a plastic chain so they won't come over to the pool area. Some of the light switches don't work in the home and the ones that do work needs to be labeled. The home needs a little work but it was a overall good stay.

Wonderful week in Cape Coral Paradise Retreat

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. The house was exactly as listed and even had some bonus items (keurig and Kcups, pool toys and beach chairs to take to the beach). The set up of the house worked well for us with kids on one side and the master bedroom on the other side of the house. The pool was warm and refreshing to jump into after a day of exploring. The location was great for us, only about a 20 minute drive to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel island and lots of local food choices nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would again if we are ever in the Cape Coral Area!
