The people were great. The rooms were clean and super cute. As well as all of the rooftop outdoor space I don’t know how they keep it that clean, but they do.
They definitely need to add a second low comfy chair. It was a sweet space to eat our breakfast.

Not worth the cost of the room (Just under 500.00) even on Breeders Cup weekend. There is no insulation in the rooms and the guests above must have been wrestling or fell multiple time! At this price point I expected more luxury and better guests with hotel etiquette. I had to call to even find the location and where to park. Wasn't my cup of tea but front desk clerk Jenny was very friendly.
