Lovely rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful, had two minor problems, asked if they could help. Changed my room, helped me pack and move from one room to another with no issues at all. Excellent Staff and hotel! Excellent location, free parking!

All I wanted was a comfortable bed in a quiet room, but unfortunately my stay fell short. The room was freezing cold, and the heater was both ineffective and noisy. The pillows also need to be updated, as they added to an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was average at best. It’s a shame, because the décor is attractive and the room size was more than adequate. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff were good. In my room there was a used medicine cup under the couch and foil from pill blister packs on the carpet and in the bathroom. The floor was not clean.
