A nice hotel. Clean, modern and convenient for the bay. Plenty of free parking. Unfortunately the lifts were broken which meant a climb up to the fifth floor. I suspect this was just a one off and I was unlucky. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Worst hotel experience we've ever had. Disgusted. When checking in, the staff didn't mention that the lifts were out of order. They also put us on the top floor (12 flights of stairs). Later, when I asked to move they said they were fully booked. Room was dated. We found fine hairs on the tiles in the bathroom. Throws and cushions were worn. TV had one working channel. The AC barely did anything. The main reason we booked this hotel is because they advertised free parking. However they oversubscribed for two days of our stay. The only spot I could find after going around twice was an electric charging point. Mentioned to the staff who argued with me and told me I had to move the car or I will be fined (by who? It's their own car park) and that "I'll definitely find a space somewhere", so spent another 20 mins looking. On check out, another rude staff member didn't even care to ask about the stay. He just said "nothing to pay" and snatched the key cards from me hand. They get away with this because they are cheap but don't fall for it. There's a much more reliable Travelodge literally 2 mins walk away.

The A/c was not working at all and kids were struggling to breathe the whole night. They could not sleep at all. The staffs were so rude and never bothered to solve the problem despite telling them repeatedly. Will not recommend ever

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel, staff efficient and helpful, clean and nicely decorated, breakfast great, only downside was the noise from the road at night and early in the morning. Would definitely be happy to stay there again.

It's ironic that this hotel is named 'Futures Inn' becuase it's one of the most dated I've stayed in. It has a grotty appearance, the carpets are tatty and corridors and rooms wreak of odour.
