Will not be staying here again - black mould

The hotel was worn, not very clean or comfortable. Even though I paid for the more expensive room I was very very disappointed - Black Mould all around the window frame Breakfast very average - Will not stay here again

Looks nice at first glance

Hotel looked good on the website, paid extra for an executive suite £125 for a night which was comfortable but poor condition with mould on the nets and curtains, smelled damp and pillows were in very poor condition and stained pillowcases. Food and drinks were ok.

The hotel sadly looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are badly in need of a refurbishment. Old bathrooms and bedding. The mattress felt like it hadn't been changed in years.

Below average for price.

Hotel very beat up & dated. In desperate need of a face lift. Bathroom had bad stains. Also superior rooms were just regular rooms with a coffee machine.

Room and toilet were not clean. Notwithstanding the fact that it is an old property, it is very obvious that proper upkeeping is not maintained. Towel rack in the toilet was covered with rust across all the bars, and our towels were hung onto them! In all honesty, hanging the towels onto such a rack hides the reality that is it filled with rust. Bedsheets beddings had weird stains and patches on them. It was an uncomfortable stay. Location is fine.
