This was our second stay here. Due to the time of year the price was higher so we opted for a smaller room. It was still very clean, maintained and comfortable. Our room was first floor near the lobby. It was very noisy with kids running the halls. That said, the noise stopped early and the night was quiet. I would request a quieter section if quiet is a priority. Fun entertainment in the courtyard. We have started at most of the resorts around this one. They are all great but this is the best overall.

Nice, but when booked had daily welcome mornings which is false. Sun Min and Fri but I was there tues Wed Thursday and left around 1:15 on Friday. Was gonna look into a time share but nope people said only Sun /Mon do welcome breakfast and friday around 3pm did Hope dog BBQ not my times.. Nice thou boogie boards ..Jyst would have scheduled On Sat-Sat also took uber from airport was 68.00 one way next time will rent a car . Beautiful morning and Evening but no SUN and Freezing.. Thanks

This is an excellent inn. It’s right across the beach and some nice restaurants at walkable distance. A very good place to relax and have fun. The pool was nice and warm. Service was good. We would definitely return again.

Wonderful view, everything else was -ugh

Let me first say, if you want a great location this is hard to beat. The ocean is on the back door step, parking was easy and across the street from some great food options. The pool was warm and the leisure area was great but that’s where it stops. The room itself was disgusting. The floor was soaking wet and sticky, the bathroom was falling apart. Cracked tile, smelled terrible, the shower/tub was chipped and caulking and door jams were rotting. The toilet seat had gashes in it and you could hear everything from the cars on the street driving by to the people walking around upstairs with every step. Yes, I mentioned these things to the person up front. It was just too late to really do anything about it. I informed the desk about the condition of the bathroom and wet floor so they would know, in case there hadn’t been a report, but I was peppered with texts and my final one was trying to get me to inquire about owning a time share at this property. Really? I’m not sure I would stay again because the view and location just wasn’t worth the rest of the experience. If it weren’t for the location this would be a 2/10 star review.

I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and she loved the daily arts and crafts. We both loved walking down to the beach everyday. We also enjoyed the grassy courtyard, heated pool, friendly and accommodating staff, so much so that we stayed an extra night. There are a few eateries within walking distance too which is nice. The amenities they allow you to use at the resort are very handy; beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, jogging strollers, games, cards…we will definitely come again.

Poor accounting

Property was very nice. I was charged an extra $250 charge. I was told it was credited back but indeed is not. I am now having my bank deal with it. My friends were charged another charge for their entire stay. They were told the same thing but have yet to see the credit also.
