Room was not clean, when we asked to change the room we got excuses that it will be tedious task, though the staff there helped clean the room at that time. Room also had a strange smell. Nothing was there related to continental breakfast, it was same type which we would have gotten in other hotels and on top of the elevators where not working and corridor was smelling of bacon.

The breakfast was awful and horribly unhealthy. Cold packaged boiled eggs in the fridge?!? GROSS. Except for apples and bananas, the whole menu was a carbohydrate nightmare.

We had no idea the elevator was broken. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to our arrival and check-in. Due to my husband’s injury, using the stairs was not an easy task. The breakfast area was untidy. In our room, the toilet paper roll was completely wet. There were hairs in the shower, so I’m not sure how well the bathroom was cleaned prior to our arrival. We checked out a day early because we did not want to stay another night.

The room we got was on level 2. The elevator was not working, We had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves as they didn’t have anyone to help and they didn’t tell us in advance about it. The towel at room had big patches of blood. The front office was very casual about it and didn’t even apologize
