This is the worst motel in North San Diego County. Avoid at all costs. The only thing worse than the dilapidated facilities is the rude and uncaring staff.

You get what you pay for I guess

Pros: close to beach, Benihanas and Shopping Cons: Mattress was terrible, uncomfortable and only 2 thin pillows. There was someone’s underwear left over on the top shelf. Tub was slow draining. You get what you pay for. We were in a trip to Horror nights at Universal and had a couple more days to waste so we decided to go to Carlsbad on the cheap oiling the way. We expect it to be bad but not this bad. My car alarm went off 4 times during the 2 nights we stayed.

The Manager Allin is the reason this Motel is functioning properly a year ago it was full of alcoholics and drug dealer He cleaned the place All other managers have failed horribly The owner of the Motel should be notified about Allin and try to find more people like him .
