Before my visit to this hotel, I had just come from the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville. The Holiday Inn was 10 times cleaner, the staff was much nicer and the beds were more comfortable than the Hilton. I give the Holiday Inn a 20 out of 10! Fantastic Stay!! 👍

The halls and front loby was not clean. Went to breakfast, and was told "no coffee today", Didn't even look at the rest of the breakfast. We come here to visit our Grandson at Otterbein but will now be looking for a different place to sray.

This property was the best I have stayed at in a long time. It was nice inside and out! Check in and out was fast and easy! If I am ever in the area I will definitely stay here again! I have to compliment Amanda who checked me in. She was attentive and understood what I needed. I had drove all day and she made sure I could find something to eat! She was so nice and just awesome!!! If I could I would give her 5 stars alone!!! I just wish more places had employees like her!
