Room on top floor at end of very low-ceiling corridor, was for two but only had one bedside light, one bath towel and one hand towel. Whole room very dark and the only charging point was in the bathroom unless you unplugged the light. Otherwise clean and tidy and pretty quiet.

Not a 4-star hotel!! 2.5 star hotel in reality.

Had very nice outdoor covered parking. Nothing that defines a 4-star hotel is accurate with Jet. Thinking it was a pretty good price for a 4-star hotel instead was a very expensive 2.5 star hotel. Most disappointing stay of my 15 nights in Italy.

Reception staff (especially on arrival - didn’t get his name: but he was so helpful and a credit to the hotel) v good Room was clean, well appointed & comfy One suggestion: operate a shuttle service to/from airport. €15-20 is a lot to pay a taxi for a 5 minute drive

I was on a business trip. Good service. Very small room. The phone was not working and I had not water in the room. They have supplied, however I had to go downstairs to pick it up as the phone wasn’t working. Overall good, good position if you are travelling earlier from Turin.

Rooms are small but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, especially for an airport hotel. For those not wishing good food, there is the biggest Burger King I’ve ever seen just down the road. My only grumble - Accessible room really wasn’t accessible as there was a step up into the bathroom. I was afraid I’d trip on it but fortunately I always remembered to step up. However, this would be impossible for a wheelchair user.

If you need to stay close to the airport at Turin, this is the best place. It’s a brief taxi ride that costs about $15. All other hotels are farther from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are basic - no frills - but affordable, clean and have what you need. There is a restaurant but I didn’t try it. There is a bar but it closes at 10 pm. The staff is happy to arrange a taxi for you to the airport (which opens at 4 am). I arrived late and had to take another flight out at 6 am and it was perfect for my needs. There is a lift and it seemed everything was handicap accessible.
