Close to the A1 motorway, very convenient. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Great pool with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. Good size room for three with air conditioning. Plenty choice of cakes, pastries, cereal , fruit and cold meat and great coffee. Even offered bacon and scrambled eggs. Easy drive into cassino town. The outside of the hotel was lovely and the pool area was amazing. The lobby was also nice and the hotel staff very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were dated and the carpet on the floor should be removed. I found with the heat outside and carpet inside halls and rooms, there was a stench which was unpleasant. There were four of us in a room and the air condition vent went directly towards my daughters bed and she ended up getting sick. The staff did not do anything about it. Not nice. The hotel is far from the city centre so a car is a must. Breakfast was good and the staff was fast and prompt. My family liked this hotel. I would give a better rating if they removed the carpet throughout.
