There was a tremendous amount of employee noise, to the point it was very aggravating! We did notify front desk to no avail. There also appeared to be mold in the shower, I purchased bleach spray to clean the shower

The room was huge! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Any of the employees we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.

The shower/tub area had a lot of mold on the ceiling. The shower curtain rod was defective and allowed water to spray into the bathroom getting clothes and towels wet. The bedspread had been torn and poorly sewn instead of replaced. There was odors in the room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even helped clean up a mess in their table area when we asked for a rag. The only thing I wish was different was our rooms were together but the staff always smiled at us.

The worst customer service I've EVER experienced at a motel. I'm talking, HORRENDOUS. The cleanliness was also horrifying, and I was not expecting anything fancy or upgraded. I was expecting the place to be sanitary, at least. This place should seriously be shut down. The only positive aspect of this room, was that it DIDN'T have bed bugs.

The hotel is a basic accommodation. We were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was disappointing. Just breads and cereals. There may have been apples. I would have appreciated some bananas and yogurt.

Decent but not glamourous.

It was ok. Not glamourous but clean. Our room had been shampooed that morning so the rugs were a little damp still. Great water pressure in the shower but it certainly isnt the fanciest place around. Staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but decent. Price was good tho.
