Parking is $15, found that out a week later after the charge hit my cc and I had to call to find out what it was, had been told during my stay parking was free. EVERYTIME my husband or I walked passed the front desk to go leave, someone at the desk asked our room number..it was very annoying and strange. We only stayed one night, room was fine, but I'll consider another place next time I stay in champaign.

This hotel is located near restaurants and close to the Amtrak station, making it easy to access. It's also nice that it has a restaurant on site for breakfast.

hotel looks nice and updated. Check in was quick and easy. The area around the property looked good but there was alot of siren that night, we counted 6 different times so that was a little alarming. the hotel was secure though so that was nice. I had to call the next day for questions about a bill and whoever answered the phone was rude and it sounded like it was because i had booked on hotels.

Was a noisy room with Friday night performance somewhere around the hotel after 10 pm, very loud. Breakfast was warm and hearty, with hot oatmeal, fried egg and fruit. The staff asked me why I needed an extra box of facial tissue, a bit awkward.

Stayed for the second time. Was not offered an upgrade and honestly have no idea about the amenities. Did not offer any information on local shops or recommended restaurants. Not very personable. May be looking for different places.
