A rate of this hotel average due to our room location which was near the elevator very noisy throughout the night on top of it there was a tour group of young students there who were very noisy throughout the night. Property would’ve gotten a better rating but it was just very noisy with the elevator which I think needs service and just the Residence that night we must’ve been from a tour group were very very noisy. Hotel was clean but an older property showed wear and tear.

There wasn't anything negative at all! My stay was lovely! The property is very nice! Very clean! I really loved the big shower! The shades in my room made it nice and dark, the way I like to sleep. They have a great staff of employees! Very committed to their guests comfort!

Marriott Disaster

understaffed, poorly trained employees, they had little if any helpful knowledge about anything concerning the hotel.They had no helpful hints about restaurants by the motel. The in house cafe was not staffed. To get a hot cup of tea, I had to take my tea cup and tea bag to the lobby, where a dirty microwave oven was located. All hotels I have been to have a micro wave oven in each room.Nobody called my for 4:30AM wake up call.
