I stay there a lot because of the location and they have balconies. They're in the process of doing renovations. Many of the rooms have had brand new TVs in them now for a couple of months at least. I'm there every 3 weeks and these brand new, nice big TVs still do not get the local channels! The channels they do get don't come in very clearly either. I don't know who they use for their cable service, but it stinks apparently. I have complained about this maybe 3-4 times over 3 yrs. Nothing has been done. I'll bet Days Inn gets local channels!

The only negative is that they were remodeling, but there was no noise during our stay. The internet was out so they had to escort us to our room each time we wanted to get in. This was not a problem but it have been nice to know prior to booking.

The staff was great, aside from that the place sucks. On my first day there was no internet for two days. I couldn’t get key for my room so I had to be let in by the staff. The tv was not clear and signal was bad. The room didn’t have a microwave and you have to use a shared one in the hallway. The hallways were dirty with trash all over the carpet that should have been cleaned. The sign outside fell off and was just leaning on there. We had some snowy weather and there was no HOT water to two days! The tub was clogged and the water would back up all the way to your ankles. That was my final straw, I checked out and went to a different hotel. Would not reccommend. Beware.

The online review were very good, but the property is run down, furniture & decor is WAY outdated, corridors were unsafe with construction materials poorly stored. Water on the floor near elevators. Plastic divider to dining area was a joke...Not good at all. Very disappointing.

The carpet in the room we were in on the first floor was dirty, we asked for a room on the third floor since they were renovated. We were moved to a room across from where we were. It was nicer but the tv reception was bad, there was no hot water pressure was high in one area and low in others. We addressed these things and they were never fixed. Also, there were issues with their computer systems so the request couldn’t be put in the system. Upon checkout, the system was still down and couldn’t get a receipt!

Always something wrong

I stay here often because of location for business. There's always something wrong. For instance, no regular coffee in the room, ants around the sinks and no hot water! Lately they've been under construction for renovation. All rooms have brand new TVs but mine wasn't working, again. All pictures were terribly fuzzy and no local channels. They're waiting on service from their cable supplier, "again". When I was there 4 weeks ago, TVs were awesome compared to what they used to be. There's always something wrong. But I do love the location and ladies up front!

This property is so poorly maintained I can't believe Marriott would put its name on it. Driving up to the property the sign in front was leaning up against the light box, the elevator was missing a huge section of carpet tile and you could see the subfloor, in the corridor wall paper was peeling off the wall. Upon entering my room the carpet was filthy, furniture was so beat up the finish was worn off down to the pressed board, the handle was missing from the sliding door, the coffee table was so wonky I was afraid to set anything on it, the sofa was filthy, and after getting into the shower I discovered bath wash dispenser was completely empty.

The only big issue here is that the hot water can take a while to warm up, and it may only ever get lukewarm. Other than that, this hotel did very well, providing courteous service, a clean room, good climate control, a working mini fridge, ample places to plug in devices, and a quiet environment.
