Had to book an unexpected overnight trip to be close by for doctors appointments and testing. Hotel was clean, felt safe. Close to doctors office. Staff nice. Water pressure great. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Would recommend hotel.

1. Jacob was extremely helpful at check in. 2. Whoever called me at 11:00 a.m. to tell me it was check out time was rude and raised his voice at me. I told him Jacob had given me an 11:30 a.m. late check out time. 3. There was nothing to eat. If the restaurant was closed, I had to go out. The shop at the desk was quite limited. 4. I was given a handicap room, which is fine, but had obviously not been used, cleaned or even looked at. The door to the bathroom had some sort of mold growing on it and there were piles of dust and dirt surrounding and under the furniture (which had a lot of nicks and scratches). This particular hotel needs an overhaul on it's rooms! I will never stay at another DoubleTree by Hilton.

Enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town for a ball tournament. The hotel was amazing, very clean and the most comfortable beds. The hotel is very close to shipyard park, so that was a plus as well. This is our new go to for our stays.

It would have been better to let us know at booking that the hotel had no internet. My husband is always working on his computer and this proved to be an issue he would have liked to avoid. It still has not come in and it is almost 10:30pm
