Dirty floors in my room. A sweet treat at 4 was not available at 4:20. My 3 teens here for my daughter’s birthday was disappointed. Only gave me one room key when I checked in and a I had asked for 2. I had to get my daughter to bring me a key to our room so I could get towels and she had to leave the room to bring it to me. I th n went back to lobby to request more keys. We have stayed here multiple times the past year. Service and customer care is usually much better. Beautiful property but service could have been better. Food at the Fish House was delicious but service was very slow. I also was charged a hundred dollars more and because I had checked in for one hour they would not honor the discounted price for the room.

Mother Daughter road trip

I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time I have enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always on point plus they always have some sort of event happening which is great! I absolutely LOVE their new coffee machine!!! It is awesome! They have a great restaurant if you are looking for a dessert or a little snack.

Scenery is worth it alone. The Reel Bar was great. Wasn't impressed with breakfast buffet at price. Walking the marina breathtaking. Staff was great, rooms were clean. We all loved it.

Pros - Loved the pool, shuttle service, spa and 95% of staff were fantastic. we had inner room, do suggest room with view if you can. Cons - needs some updating, took 3 days and photo evidence there was no handle on the inside of bathroom door for someone to believe we needed something to open the door from the inside (once they did was quickly fixed). Walls are thin, not helped by wedding guests blasting music in thier room and having a party until 2am. TV poor quality and channel choices nonexistent. Coffee was undrinkable.

The staff was excellent! There was trouble with our AC but it was due to the fact it was the hottest days of the year. We closed the curtains and blinds and this helped. I am sure the fact that we sleep in a 67 degree house at home didn’t help. Engineers Jeremy and Joe and the rest of the engineering staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. The wait staff at the pools and in the small bars were very attentive. Breakfast was totally not worth the price you pay for it. Bring in breakfast from other places and have it in your room. The bar food needs to be stepped up a bit, but we had dinner one night at The Fish House and it was really good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back for another family trip. Thanks for making our vacation one of our very favorites.
