Hot tub was not working. When i asked to cancel my reservation because of it they would not let me. Nothing irks my nerves more than when i travel to another state far from home to enjoy myself and the main source of enjoyment is not working.

The reason I chose this hotel was for the amenities of the Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool. Neither was working. I feel that the hotel should have offer some kind of compensation because there was serveral other choices and I pick them for those two amenities

We stayed for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year’s Day. The hotel was very neat and clean. All of the staff who worked at the front desk and in the breakfast area were extremely personable and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool/hot tub and location. hot tub was out of order and toilet was leaking in our room. We solved the toilet problem ourselves no problem. overall nice hotel. if your looking forward to the hot tub i suggest calling beforehand to make sure it’s working properly
