Don’t stay here!

I chose this property because I Swim.tThe pool was closed, also it has a restaurant! The kitchen was closed. The room bathroom was dirty and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a homeless man there at breakfast. There was no printer in the business center. Alex at the front desk was amazing! The only good thing!

Terrible management, Staff standing around not doing ANYTHING. Pool was out of ordert for over a week. Refridge in room didn't work. There are tons of lodgings in this area...This is NOT the Hyatt experience you would expect.

Hair dryer first night almost started a fire took to desk still hot and they said sorry but was only one there so couldn't do anything about it and at chrck out waited 15 min no one to be found any were near desk left my key on there computer

Did not like the fact that I wasn’t told the pool was closed due to construction. The reason ai booked that hotel was for the indoor pool. I had to go down to the pool to see it was closed for myself. The shower was not the best, the water pressure was like a slow rain fall, no pressure at all. There was no microwave in the room and the area at night seemed to have a lot of crackhead activities. Would never book there again.

I always come here for years but the lady at this visit wasn't too welcoming this time, but when I was able to check in there was a different guy at the counter.. but overall this is the only hotel that I would recommend. Still very pleased with the years of service...hope you guys don't hold my deposit for a week though...
