Do not Stay at this hotel!!!

Hotel needs renovations as soon as possible. Hotel has a smell of mildew lingering in the air. I would recommend closing hotel and doing a complete demolition and remodel. Front desk young lady seemed to have an attitude and should be reminded she choose to work in customer service. The first room we were given in the bathroom the shower was dirty and there was hair in the sink. The second room was not as dirty, but the mildew smell is everywhere. My wife refused to stay so I had to go to a different Marriott property. Still trying to get a refund.

The lady that checked us in was short and rude. She was more interested in her cellphone. Room showed a little wear and tear mainly the bathroom. Besides that we liked the room breakfast was good in the morning and the rest of your staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

1st night I woke up to no hot water. Excellent staff moved me to another room. Next night, I'm a light sleeper, bc of the music, I thought someone was having an awesome Valentines wknd. I told myself it'll be better my last night. Music again, i can't sleep i get up pack the truck to prepare for the drive home. It's then I find out the music is from the hotel. The speaker on the front of the hotel plays music ALL DAY. Why would that be on during sleeping hours!?!?!

Great overnight stop

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. The chairs in the dining area need replacing, but the breakfast options were nice. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own pancakes, etc. Didn't use any of the amenities.

I will say that the room, in general was clean and in average condition. We had our personal property removed while we were at our son's ceremony in Goose Creek. When we returned to our room, we found all of our belongings had been put into plastic bags and some of it had been unceremoniously put in various pieces of our luggage. After going to the front desk, we found out that our belongings had in fact been collected by the hotel's cleaning staff and removed from our room. After discovering an error had been made, our items were placed back into our room. This was after the first night of our three night stay. The front desk profusely apologized and offered a bag of chips. At check out, I asked how much we had been compensated for our items being removed. It really was just an absolutely horrible way to start our long weekend with our son. It took me 20 minutes to find my toothbrush, and nearly as long to find my asthma medication. No compensation would be given - but I could certainly reach out to the general manager. All customer service categories went to zero at that point. I have to ask for compensation for my 4th amendment rights being violated? Yes - 4th amendment search and seizure rights extend to hotels. I honestly cannot think of a more serious violation of privacy. The morning after our second night, I gave direction to the desk for no room service. To my knowledge, they did follow my direction. The mattress was horrible. Dog barked all night.

We got there thursday and checked in early. The staff on duty was very pleasant other than them being Eagles fans and I being a Packer fan. We checked in and ot was smooth. We got to our room and passed out. We heard no noice whatsoever we would have assumed we were there in the hotel by ourselves. I will be staying here ever time we are in town. Thank you Ladies for an enjoyable 3 days

So this happened to be our family’s second stay at this hotel within year and a half ago. The hotel has not changed one bit with the appearance etc! The one thing that was somewhat frustrating this visit was a hot water issue right of the bat! All three families that were traveling alongside with us! I feel this hotel needs renovation asap!
