Full service complimentary breakfast. Large rooms Extremely friendly staff. The only suggestion i would have is to lengthen the timer on the bathroom motion sensor light. If you are in the stall for more than 3 minutes you will find yourself in the dark!

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in decades. The check-in process was unpleasant—the front desk agent was speaking in a heated tone to someone on the phone when I arrived. Although she stopped talking out loud, it was clear she kept the caller on the line through her AirPods while checking me in, even relaying what she was doing with my reservation due to an issue. While she wasn’t rude, she certainly wasn’t friendly or professional. The staff at this hotel lacks good customer service skills. The room itself was unacceptable. There was a large orange stain in the bottom of the tub. The shower curtain rod was coming loose, and there was yellow liquid oozing from underneath the toilet and from the base of the wall near the bathtub—absolutely disgusting. I also found a black roach-like insect in the tub in the morning. The furniture was cheap, and the room was bare—no decor, not even a single picture on the wall. The hotel’s location did not feel safe. Several places we went—including the nearby Circle K gas station—had armed security stationed at the door. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Food items ran out and were not restocked in a timely manner, leaving guests waiting or simply going without. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. I assumed that because this hotel used the Marriott name, it would be decent, but it was far from it. This is not a hotel I would recommend.

Stay here!

What a great experience! The front staff goes above and beyond. I was traveling post ankle reconstruction and they helped me with getting my ice packs taken care of. They said good morning each day and asked us about our days. It was so nice having a separate living area, with trundle bed (which was the couch) and a wet bar area. Very comfortable for our annual trip to the beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Trundle sofa bed! Great for the family!

Here for a local concert. Loved the set up of the room. For a family of six, the trundle bed sofa was a brilliant difference from the pull out bed. The breakfast was hands-down the nicest spread I have seen complimentary! Several options that satisfied my picky eaters and bold roast coffee for tired parents. If we are in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Check in was smooth and I added a night while checking in. The rest of their staff was horrible. We are a family of 6 and they only gave us 3 towels and 1 hand towel in a 6 person suite. The woman working the front desk took pictures of our van and my children getting into the van. She yelled at my husband for getting a couple towels off the cleaning crew and told him he needed to only come to the front desk and she would provide towels. So we went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels - they refused to give us any and told us to get pool towels instead(pictured rags from the pool). We had brought 4 beach towels with us and we were drying them out over the AC unit each day to reuse. We left the dirty towels on the floor like the sign in the bathroom said and the cleaning crew would put the same dirty towels on the rack and make it obvious. At one point they put a pile of pool towels in our room(pictured). There was some brown sauce on the walls of the couch area and by the beds. There were brown stains on the clean towels the night we checked in. The fridge did not cool. The breakfast staff mumbled under their breath in front of guests, including kids, that everyone was “f-ing slobs.” One of the breakfast ladies took my plate out of in front of me and threw it away with food on it before I could even walk away to eat. The pool tore up my kids legs, feet, hands and back. It’s so rough it hurts to walk on it.
