When I arrived to my room, A/C Unit was doing a terrible noise like “mosquito”. I went downstairs and a very nice lady offered me a different room and she apologized for the inconvenient.
Cleanliness is where this property needs to focus on, they don’t offer housekeeping service daily, unless you have 3+ nights, i had my trash cans with trash and needed fresh towels. Also mattress has stains on it.
When we arrived we were told they didn’t have any junior suites ready despite it being 3:30 30 min past check-in time listed we spoke with on site manager and we were given hotel credit and comp. Parking. Once we arrived to the room it smelled like chemicals and a mildewed mop, the bed was broken, the cushions on the balcony were completely covered in mold and mildew!!! We called down to address this! When they arrived they had to completely flip the bed and found that the bed was even more damaged than we thought! It took them about an hour to fix. And regarding the mold and mildew they said there was nothing they could do and that they had a cleaning company that cleans them but that apparently hasn’t been done any time recently! They were also visibly old and misshaped! This is not what you expect when you pay close to $400 for one night! I usually don’t write reviews in fact this is my first one but this was our anniversary and we were extremely disappointed!!
Over charged after check out. Hotel refused to speak with me. Customer service was of little help. Received email after I opened claim referencing parking fee but was very snarky and the amount was not what was stated.
Hotel itself was great, convenient. After visit interaction rules me out as a future Marriott customer.
The stay was fine and the room was clean but the lighting is horrible! Ladies if you wear makeup bring your own lighting because the lights are so dem it’s hard to do your makeup.
