The property is only a few years old and was very clean. There's a nice breakfast bar included. There's a very nice(outdoor) pool on the property, it was heated and clean. The check out staff was very friendly, the check in staff seemed unhappy to be there, and hence not real glad to see a customer. Otherwise, I'd give the property a 5. I would recommend staying at this property. It's easy access to the interstate as well.
Like the fact it has a pool and breakfast included. Breakfast food was not good. No chocolate milk either.
Our room was in bad shape. Smelled. Dirty. Falling apart. Carpet nasty. Bathroom nasty. Missing coffee pot. Missing hair dryer. Missing extra sheets and blankets for pull bed. Over all
very disappointed.
While I don't normally mind Home2 Suites. This location smelled like mildew when you walk in as if it has had water damage and so did my son room as well.
They are supposed to clean your room every other day and even with me requesting service my room was still not cleaned and I was there for 3 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and the front desk said they were out of towels. I was also told by another guest that when her family of five checked in they were only given two. I would not stay at this location again.
Avoid this hotel. It's badly managed and badly maintained. The feel , smell of the rooms makes it similiar to a cheap motel. Shame on the people that were given a new hotel and turned it into a terrible experience.
Pool wasnt open like it was suppose to be. This is why we booked the hotel. Room wasnt stocked with sheets or towels and hotel was only staffed with 1 employee. Thankful only 1 night.
Room was tidy, clean and served our purpose. Only negative is supply of towels. Reservation was for 5 people, only 3 towels in room. Breakfast was fine. Would come back.
Pool wasn't open. 3rd time in a row that's happened there to me. My daughter didn't end up staying because she complained about a moldy smell. Front desk lady was very nice
Overall good. I would rate higher but for the amount I spent I’d expect more. A couple service issues that shouldn’t happen with a Hilton property or with a hotel at this price per night:
1) twice we asked to have the shampoo dispenser filled. However it never was. Not a huge issue but more of an annoyance. They also were pretty “tight” with towels. Only 1 wash cloth and it wasn’t changed out. They also didn’t change out the floor mat towel
2) bigger issue. Last morning I came down at 9:35 and the free breakfast was closed. I could see the food still there but they pulled a curtain in front. People were still eating. The food that was cooked would need to just be thrown out. I had to ask if it was closed and the answer was “closed”. Very short. I asked why since I was told it was 10:00am. The answer was “it’s not the weekend”. Again very dismissive and rude. Keep in mind we checked in Friday night and were told 10:00am. No one said “only weekends”. There was no signage in lobby or rooms saying different on weekdays. It’s a small thing, however if “free breakfast” is offered than any restrictions should be mentioned.
It was more the short, dismissive attitude of the man who clearly didn’t want to deal with a customer.

It was surprising for Hilton Hotel to be in need of such upkeep. Wallpaper was coming up. The room wasn’t cleaned in three days. There was no shampoo, but I went to ask for shampoo. The person at the front desk said there was none in the hotel, the breakfast was good. The outdoor patio was never cleaned. The pool was not open to Memorial Day, but that was not posted on the website.
