Friendly, kind reception and check in. Bed was deceptively comfortable. Clean, updated room. Elevator to 3rd floor was convenient. Location to food, gas, and highway made it a great road trip stop. I'd definitely stay again.

Overall I had a great experience at Quality Inn CLT airport. The shuttle service was excellent - very well managed and convenient. The room seems outdated but it was clean, and hot shower was great. Breakfast was another aspect that I like.

Comfortable beds but terrible customer service

I flew in from Florida. The bed was extremely comfortable for me but my rest got interrupted when some of the guests were kicking the door to their room. I got woken up at 4am. I called the front desk and he basically told me he will see what he can do. Nothing about he is sorry for the inconvenience or disturbance. The customer service is terrible but then the hotel is managed by foreigners so they don't know anything about customer service to black customers. I booked for two nights but checked out early and went to another hotel.

Perfect for an overnight layover. Room was big, bathroom clean. The free airport shuttle was a huge bonus as well as the proximity to the airport. You can grab a quick bagel, yogurt, etc. for breakfast on your way out i the morning.

It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. The room was spacious and clean. So glad there was an elevator. I was glad it was in walking distance of Waffle House and Cracker Barrel. There was an airport shuttle as well. They offer breakfast but I walked to Waffle House. The staff was cordial.
