Tämä 1900-luvun alkupuolella sijaitseva bungalow on kunnostettu mestarillisesti noin vuonna 2016.
Maalaismaisessa puu- ja rautaportaassa näkyvä avoin konsepti, jossa on luonnollinen valo, holvikatot ja taiteellisuus, on sekoitus nykyaikaista ja perinteistä muotoilua.
Tule nauttimaan tästä mukavasta ja ihastuttavasta kodista, joka on täysin varustettu kaikilla kotisi mukavuuksilla.
Nauti suuresta ulkoterassista täydellistä aamukahvia tai St. Elmo-yötä ystävien kanssa. Viereinen viheralue, jossa voit kävellä, pelata Frisbeea tai osallistua muihin ulkoiluun kaiken ikäisten lasten kanssa.
St Elmo -puisto on kahden korttelin päässä ja voit kävellä tai ajaa pyörällä St Elmon keskikaupungissa (uudella jalankulkija- / pyöräteillä, aivan kotejen ulkopuolella). Missä sinulla on runsaasti paikallisia ruokapaikkoja tai voit saada kiitotielle Lookout Mt: tä rinteessä. Hanki jäätelöä MsT: llä tai jatka Chattanoogan kaupunkiin joen etupuistossa.

Koti on erittäin lähellä kaikkia Chattanooga-aktiviteetteja. Ruby Falls, Rock City ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä vuorelta.

Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lookout Mountain Incline Railway. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

The Blue Gem was a great place to stay for our 4 night visit to Chattanooga! The location couldn't be beat, so close to all the Lookout Mountain attractions and an easy drive to the riverfront. The house sleeps 7 and we were a party of 7. But 6 of us were adults. The host warned us that the loft might not be very comfortable for adults. We booked the house anyway and we did make it work, but I would agree with the host that the loft is best suited for children! Adults can't really stand up in the loft. The amazing, charming circular staircase to the loft was also very narrow. But it was a fun space and perfect for the "short" set! We wanted to make some s'mores and found out the fire pit was out of propane. We communicated this with the manager and propane was promptly delivered. It was a most enjoyable stay! Definitely recommend the Blue Gem!

Great stay at the Blue Gem! It was our first time visiting Chattanooga and it was lovely. The Blue Gem is in a killer location in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were within walking distance to the Lookout Mountain trails and the new playground. Other attractions were also very close and easily driveable, bikeable, or walkable as the house is on the Virginia Avenue Greenway.The house was adorable and comfortable with all of the supplies you need. Our three small children (aged 6, 5, 3) loved sleeping up in the loft. There is also a full sized tub in one of the bathrooms which made bathtime easy.Overall loved our stay and would definitely book again!

A perfect 2 week getaway. Very clean, had everything you would need for a 2 week stay. The porch swing was my favorite place for coffee every morning. Wonderful walking paths especially for our dog. The home is located close to EVERYTHING... hikes, tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more. The neighborhood was so quaint, quiet and the people were very friendly. St. Elmo just has a very cool, laid back vibe.

Another Wonderful Visit

This was our second visit to The Blue Gem while seeing family in the area. The house is so well equipped and comfortable, and the location is perfect--a quiet neighborhood setting that's convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our walks on the Greenway that runs through St. Elmo. And Katie was communicative and available for questions if we had them. This was truly another lovely stay--highly recommend! and we will return.

Adorable home

This lovely house was the perfect home for our family. First off, it is absolutely adorable. It was super easy to get in and out. It was very clean and very well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again if coming through Chattanooga. If there was anything I would change, it would be to extend our stay and spend more time in this home, exploring other areas of Chattanooga!

Amazing Place !!

A very well maintained house. They put a lot of thought and effort into remodeling this home for vacation rentals. It is also cleverly decorated, which adds to its charm. A great location in relation to all the Chattanooga tourist essentials and it sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It’s in an old part of town but it seems to be trendy to live in this part of town, based on the number of young adults with children walking/exercising throughout the day. I would definitely rent here again! 3 adults/2 kids on my visit.

Wonderful Stay at the Blue Gem

The Blue Gem lived up to our expectations and more. The house is just as cute in person as it is in the pictures. It was very clean and ready for our arrival. The beds are quite comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The neighborhood is adorable and a great place to walk. We took a few strolls on the Virginia Greenway, sometimes with the destination of coffee or a meal in St. Elmo. It's a five-minute walk to some hiking trails on Lookout Mt. The kitchen is truly well equipped for cooking. Oh, and I can't forget the backyard! It was a hot week, but we enjoyed the comfortable seating areas in the morning and evening. In addition to all of this, communication with the owners was a breeze. They responded quickly and helpfully to any questions. I highly recommend the Blue Gem!

Loved the Home!

Came with our five children ages 17, 15, 13, and two littles under 2! We also brought our small doggie. The house is stunning and the neighborhood friendly. Had adequate space and amenities. It was situated in a community close to absolutely everything we wanted to see and do and right down the road from stores and shops and attractions. The host communicated when necessary and wasnt at all unreachable or too much. We had to leave a day early bc of the heat and I had misplaced an important item at a nearby attraction that impacted the rest of our trip. They absolutely understood that when I messaged them. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area.
