Everything was good except there were no cups in the room for coffee and no extra roll of toilet paper but we got these items at the office. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Exterior Stairs to 2nd floor very dirty. Room smelled of cigarettes, as i had no idea smoking rooms were still "a thing". Regardless, the room should not smell of smoke. Bathroom paint job made me laugh.. It was if a child painted it...over switchplates & slopped on the floor.

We really liked that we were across the street from Harrah’s and could walk. The bad review is because the cleaning staff did not have rooms clean at check in time for a “no vacancy” weekend. It was 2 hours later before we could check in with non chalant attitudes. The cleaning staff exuberated horrible atttudes just walking past them which made us feel uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was very limited and they ran out of waffle mix on first morning….that was the only hot food option other than oatmeal.

Room was okay, beds super soft (I like firm bed), came up to my waist I’m 5*7, staff pretty nice, easy walk to casino. Paid cash when arrived true test will be if they charge my card. Overall wonderful deal

Great location if you want to go to the casino, and it was fine for one night. Pool is out of service. But that was ok it was colder. The bed was clean and the room had been cleaned but the room is worn, stained chair and rug, needs some work. I wish there was somewhere to sit outdoors as well. But overall fine place for a fast stay

Look if you need a place to stay while visiting the casino it’s right across the street and easily walkable. Don’t expect a lot. The room is always still smell like smoke even though they say no one smokes in them. But the beds are good. It’s your average motel.
