Our family visited the area for spring break. This was a very nice cabin that had the feel of seclusion although there are neighbors very close. It contained everything we needed for our stay although the grill could use an update as could the hot tub cover. Some knew knives and/or a knife sharpener would also be a plus. We very much enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The real winner for this cabin is the porch. The covered front porch complete with rocking chairs with a beautiful view of the area made for a wonderful place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. There is now a ping pong table instead of a pool table in the game room and the tub in the bathroom was not a jacuzzi tub, but a standard tub that appeared to be recently installed. We didn't miss the jacuzzi tub since there was a hot tub outside. The internet goes in and out periodically and I rarely had much of a cell signal, neither of which bothered us much. There is also no cable/satellite so you have to log into your streaming services on the TV. Bring your passwords! There are no TVs in the bedrooms. The area is beautiful with a lot to see and do. The treasure hunting (gem mining) was a highlight. We hope to be back again and when we do, this cabin will be at the top of our list for rentals.
