The staff is amazing and the location is perfect. The design/style of the lobby is very appealing. That said, there is a need for renovation and upgrades. Namely, the windows are single pane so there is a draft and quite a bit of city noise as a result and the carpet in the hallway looks older and dirty so needs to be replaced. I also found small stains on the accent pillows which made me uncomfortable.

Well below the Marriott quality. Room was not properly cleaned- dusty lamps, sticky tiles, complimentary items missing. Request for towels was met with clean towels provided but dirty ones (on the floor) not removed. Lobby was exceptionally loud and crowded. Taxes charged were higher than Expedia quote. Not sure how Expedia rewards were applied since ‘benefits’ seemed to be as a result of having paid a daily destination fee.

Rooms are very outdated for price. We got a room with a city view and the window was so dirty you really couldn't see that well out of it. The rooms are so beige it's really not that inviting. But the staff were very friendly and nice so points for that.
