Very pretty building and view, very close to the park and bean, but so so confusing to figure out where your room is and how to get to it, rude front desk lady, seems to be no quiet hours and no order in the lobby as there were obviously intoxicated young kids running around yelling everywhere. Once we finally got to our floor, we opened the door to the hallway and it was a dirty hallway that reeked of weed. The room was generally nice, not very clean at all, and the bathroom was pretty bad. Very outdated, grimey, and only a few extremely cheap bathroom supplies provided. Out of all the many hotels we stayed in throughout our 10 day road trip, we thought this would be the nicest based on the photos, but we will never stay here again unless we need to.
