I’m disappointed they weren’t able to give me my refund back after I even left I was going to stay in a room where the bathtub was clogged I went to the pools and the water was dirty asf when I came back to the room I even seen a bug walking on the bed im so disappointed how this hotel downgraded I use to come a lot here cause it was so clean and maintenance but now is disgusting

Nice location, room was decent- ok beds, big shower/bathroom, able to check in early with no issues. Breakfast was ok- it was hot but wasn't very tasty. Hot tub was ICE cold- colder than the pool (main reason this hotel was booked was for the hot tub). Missing tiles in the hot tub, rusted hole spots in the pool, other areas that need worked on as well. Pool pump or something was very loud and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Parking lot is very small since it's surrounded by 3 other businesses. Would not book here again.
