Rooms are well Maintained, if I talk about staff most of the staff are humble and polite but some have communication issue. Issue I have faced are below. 1. They didn’t take my Marriot membership number and informed me that they will not take it since booking was done through Expedia, this is pretty strange. 2. We booked room with dinner but their chef didn’t know how to prepare Indian food. This is pretty strange that lots of Indian are staying in this property and everyone was complaining about this. Ideally they should give training to their chef on his to cook Indian food. We wasted our money by booking room with dinner. 3. Bad and rude behaviour of their restaurant manager Bima. They doesn’t behave properly with customer and was very rude with us.

Staff was really nice but huge communication issues. I think hotel.com is using really old pictures building is aging. Noise was a big issue. Breakfast was nice, staff was caring. Would have been 10/10 if per night would be less than 100$. I would categorize this as 5 star I don’t blame hotel but I blame hotel.com.

The property was quiet, breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom grout was very old and worn and shower handle was leaking. The vanity sink was rough and dated. Walk to the room was quite a lot. They should offer partial refund if a customer checks out early after using only 25% of the day rather than the full day rate.
