Nice Hotel

My only complaint is that the pillows were way too thick and firm. Woke up with a pain in my neck that lasted the weekend. Maybe give us a choice and have 2 pillows thin and soft and 2 thick and hard? Thanks.

Very nice hotel in a great location (Rochor and Bencoolen MRT stops very short walks - easy access to the majority of top attractions in Malaysia). Hotel is very clean, staff including servers of the restaurant were very kind. Convenience store literally right beside the front door. Rooms are very clean, nice bathrooms, has a safe and fridge. A great pick for a place to stay where you don't have to pay and arm and a leg. Strong value.

Location was superconvenient . Being close to bugis is a plus by itself . Wifi excellent . Bed and pillows comfortable . Cant seem to control room temp which stays at 22 , suoer cold. Otherwise , hotel is value for money . I think we stayed at a refurbished room which was nice .
