The staff was fantastic at check in, got up to our room and the door would not unlock I had to put my whole body into it. Finally got in the room and realized the deadbolt was not going in and the door was sticking. After the maintenance man came up we spent almost half an hour messing with the door to finally get it to be able to close. My daughter was patiently waiting and upset because she wanted to get going and then was hesitant all night that the door was not locked properly. Wish we would have just moved to another room. Other than that the pool was okay very busy and super chlorine smell that made our sensitive skin itch. Location was convenient to most shops and restaurants.
