This is our third time staying at this hotel and we love it. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Lastly, we enjoy the breakfast buffet. Our family fully recommends this hotel.

Great place to stay.great breakfast ,hot tub was nice ,overall the driving in Chicago isn't anything fun at all so take a train or something. Else .the parking to park anywhere is ungodly for a weekend. I spent over 160 to park the car if I knew better I would of used other sources but not computer friendly

Our stay was great. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was very nice and came and cleaned off your tables when you were done. The staff at the front desk was very polite as well and gave us complementary drink cards for two free drinks during certain hours of the day for each day you stay. There was also a restaurant on site as well as a small store with snacks and a ATM. The room was a nice size with a door for privacy from the bedroom and living room. It was very clean. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel.

The hotel was hidden behind several creepy abandoned buildings & could not be seen from the main road. But once you stepped inside it was okay because the hotel was great! The check-in attendance was not very engaging. She rold me to insert my credit card without telling me what for until I asked. She did tell me time for breakfast & happy hr & since we had a premier suite we got a complementary drink & snacks at the bar. That was an unexpected surprise along with a snack bag upon checkin. Pretzels with dipping cheese were great with my drink. Hot tub was a deciding factor in choosing the hotel but pool/hot tub was a busy spot so we didn't stay long since young kids kept splashing in our face in the hot tub. Suite was very spacious & clean. Great living area with a seperate sofa & TV & spinning chair that my daughter loved. Free breakfast was a great draw too but was a bit disappointed with the food. None of it was particularly hot. No silverware was available for a bit while it got washed & the line was long for made to order omlete. The OJ ran out & pears when my daughter went to grab one. I liked that the dining area had plenty of tables. For a free breakfast is was okay but they might need to reconfigure the setup to allow for more to be put out at a time & access from 2 sides for the fruit/bread/beverage area like the egg/pancake area. Overall though the hotel was very clean and the added perks were well worth another stay.
