Room1006 does not have HOT water. It was around 10:30pm when My husband & I was back from dinner & was getting ready for a shower. We ran the water on max hot , waited.., & for 20mins and was barely lukewarm. The hotel knew about it but still give you the room without informing you. They told me to run it on max hot & give it time. I said i did for 20mins plus the sink water, then asked me if i wanted an engineer to come. No, it’s past 11:15pm now & I dont want a stranger in my room trying to do the same thing at that hour. I finally went to my kids room on the 25th Fl to shower. Frustrated & very unhappy that they knew but still give the room to guests.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. Everything was so relaxing i hardly wanted to leave the room. I had the best sleep ever in the comfortable king size bed. The gym my great , hot towels, water and headphones to use on the equipment. I stayed for my birthday and my stay was the best part of my special day.

Room was great, very spacious the living area was great the room was good as well, bathroom clean and spacious, housekeeping came in every day to clean room and change towels, great service. Only down us that the a/c is automatic based on outside temperature and even though it was cold outside the room was really hot to sleep and we have to keep the windows open. But besides that everything was great.

The hotel is off the strip, but that is a plus because it is away from all the tourists. The suites were nice, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very customer-centric and attentive to our needs. Easy to walk to the Magnificent Mile and the public transportation system. We loved everything about our stay!
