My sister and I were in Chicago for our brother's funeral. The shuttle from and to Midway Airport was very helpful. The hotel staff were very accommodating and our stay was peaceful and stress free, which is what we needed. Thank you!

My two nights i stayed there were horrible my first night they had to change me out the room into a new room then the next day when we got up there was no water at all.i would like my money back full refund i would not never recommand anyone to this hotel,under any circumstances at all….

I originally booked 2 rooms through Expedia, I had to cancel 1 room and they said they communicated with Hilton to cancel the 1 room. When I arrived at 1:40am after a 7 hour driver I was told I had 0 rooms even with showing proof of only 1 room cancel receipts. I was given a room at a high rate compared to my peers who booked larger rooms even with using my Hilton account. When I entered the room there was a stink of human grease and filth. AC unit was hanging off wall, door had a extremely slow close to the point I could walk across the room twice before it closed which is a large safety risk with me traveling alone. Toilet handle was broken and electric issues to the room. I was told this was one of the best hotels in the area and I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. All only compensation I was provided for this whole issue was "free two day parking"
