The property was walkable to the Magnificent Mile. I was a lone traveler and felt safe the entire time. The room was quiet and clean. Directly across the street from Trader Joes and the breakfast options were good.

Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. Only real complaint was I picked a hotel with breakfast (and they did have one) however it was the same items every single day for a week (scrambled eggs, two types of sausage, pastry, bagel toast yogurt etc.) would have liked to see a little more variety like bacon or omelette or cheese to add to eggs. Also dining area was very tight but good amount of seats for people. Overall, good experience and was in a good part of Chicago (downtown)

The loading bay from the supermarket opposite is in use very early in the morning leading to very disturbed sleep due to the noise from the forklift and the truck being loaded.

We stayed here when seeing a concert at Wrigley, so we chose it because it is close to a Chicago transit station. There is a parking lot around the corner from the hotel, but there is no inside access to the hotel from the lot, and parking is expensive. The room itself serviced its purpose and the bed was comfortable, but was much smaller than we expected! At least we spent most of our time not in our room so it didn’t matter too much. The building is old so the hall by our room was very narrow and the elevator was really small. No mini-fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold or any leftovers in. The ice machine is on the second floor and the room that it’s in was probably 10° hotter than the hallway. That said, rooms and lobby were very clean and well kept, and when I had to call the front desk for a towel they came up with extras right away. The breakfast provided was also pretty good.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and clean. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance. On our last day in Chicago, we checked out but our flight was later in the day. They held our luggage for us so that we could sight see for a few more hours. EXCELLENT!!!

Nice location. Rooms are small, but are okay for single travelers. Trader Joe’s across the street is convenient. Parking a vehicle is expensive. Don’t pay extra for breakfast.
