Several issues that are both from the hotel and hotels.com. 1) we booked two rooms and the hotel reception only saw one room. I had to show them my phone which clearly said 2 rooms were reserved. They said I had to take that on thru hotels.com Instead of having to deal with this company ever again, I just booked the other room directly at the hotel there. 2. Ac wasn’t working. It was 90 degrees outside. You can imagine how it was in the room. 3. No shower soap or shampoo (they had the bottles but the dispensers were empty).

Do not stay here. It is in a weird area, they do not allow outside food and they only have onsite food which is not good, expensive and it is a horrible location. There is no cross walk and cars fly by so you cannot walk to the restaurants across the street. The hotel room was also very dirty and I wish we would have booked somewhere else. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

I was grateful for Expedia’s discounted price as it was a last minute booking due to a flight delay. Unfortunately we arrived too late to take advantage of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel so we had to pay for a cab. We were able to reserve the shuttle for the next morning upon checkin. The breakfast was complimentary and decent with fresh fruit, oatmeal and toast. The front desk staff were very helpful.
