Best overall hotel experience of my life - no comparison. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and especially Ian the " bartender" who is more of a legend than an employee. You all blew my expectations out of the water and set an impossibly high bar for future stays.

This property is physically attached to an abandoned hotel which looks horrible and people have to park near it. There were lots of weeds and looked terrible. They should put a fence around it or tear it down or rebuild it.

Check in starts at 3, and our room wasn’t ready yet. We went back a little later, it still wasn’t ready yet. The front desk lady, short pixie blonde hair with an accent said there’s an open room on floor 4. We said sure, we can take that floor. What she didn’t tell us was that it was an actual downgrade from the room we actually booked. We didn’t know about it until I asked my friend -who also booked the same type of room that theirs was much bigger with a separate living room and two queen beds in another room. Front desk totally hustled us and didn’t tell us it was a downgrade. Our room also was NOT cold, even with the air conditioner on set at the lowest temp. Just terrible and will not be booking again.
