Good choice

Overall is a really great day located in the convenient part of Chicago to get around and see all the sites valet staff and some unknown staff. Member were pretty rude, but you’re gonna get that anywhere. You do get approached by a lot of the homeless community if you’re sitting outside in front of the hotel smoking or sitting.

Sour sweet experience

My children were in spring break for school and we decided to have a mini vacation in Chicago. Hotels.com listed this hotel as well located and good reviews and booked it for one week. My first impression with the hotel was very positive because the checkin process was easy and we were designated as VIP and got a wine bottle as a welcome. Unfortunately, certain events changed this first impression. First, my room was not cleaned on Wednesday and then I dealt with poor customer service at the front desk two times on Thursday. Front desk staff was poorly trained to properly communicate with guests.
