We took our family on a 4 day trip to Chicago. We wanted a place centralized and close to Navy Pier. The hotels location is great. 15 minute walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, 25 minute walk to the Museums (we used uber :)). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, well kept and cleaned daily. Yes there are nicer hotels in Chicago but if you are looking one with great value and location I would recommend and would stay again.

Escalators were not working for most of the time. Navigating the levels to eat, come and go was very hard. Nobody was at the front desk at night for waters, none in the room either and not even a vending machine kind of stinks but other than that it is a beautiful building, the view is amazing.

I had a pleasant stay. The view was beautiful from my room. I have had an issue with incorrect information given by staff about the hotel deposit. I called to ask when the deposit would be released from my credit card. I was told 5-7 days and that was not true. I had to do further research to find that it was actually a week to two weeks before it would be released. I am still waiting for the balance to come off my credit card statement.

Great stay

It's a very nice hotel in a great location. The service and staff were very accommodating. I have just a few complaints. The keys didn't work for the first room so we had to move to a second room. The second room didn't have a refrigerator so that was disappointing. Also, the bathroom didn't have a fan so had to leave the bathroom door open when taking a shower.

We stayed at a junior suite where a sofa bed was included. We let them know that we were planning on using the sofa bed prior to arrival. However there was no extra pillow/blanket in the closet. We asked to have someone come to help setting up the sofa bed and bring pillows/blankets. Shortly a tall black male showed up and he was just angry the whole time that we didn’t set up the sofa bed ourselves. Also he didn’t bring the pillows or blankets. When we asked him, he told us to check the closet. We said we checked and there was none. He literally ignored us and walked out of the room slamming the door. We felt unsafe and threatened during the encounter. We really wanted to give a good review for its location being so convenient. But this totally ruined our stay. We will never come back here.
