Great location, right on the river and three blocks from Michigan Ave and two blocks from the the Big Shiny Bean. Exfellent service, great vuews from our room and really enjoyed the burger and hash browns at the Palms restaurant in the main lobby.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was friendly and it smells wonderful as soon as you walk in. The bartenders are also great, overall great experience. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but the room was great, the bathroom was nice and we loved the location. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The room was cold and when the engineer came up he said the filter needed to be repleaced which would be 45 min to an hour job. At this point we were tired and wantedl to be left alone so we told him that was ok.So we just called down for blankets. Then we discovered the hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink but because the tub and shower had hot water once & again we just dealt with it. No one offered us anything. But the overall customer service from everyone was GREAT!

Hotel was very nice, clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, in fact we never heard another person. River view was excellent!! My only small complaint was the proximity to public transit. Bus stop was down the street and the train was about .4 miles. Not a huge deal but the only negative.
