The hotel is very well located, modern, and clean. Our room featured a comfortable king bed with plenty of space. The bathroom was spotless, and there are many dining options nearby.

All around a great location with incredible views. We stayed in a king suite on the 30th floor with views of both the city and lake thanks to architect that designed the building as a triangle that overlooks the Chicago river.

Overall, I like the potential of the views. I have stayed here several times, but this time I paid extra for the views and I was put in a room staring at a building right across from me. I could of paid a lot less somewhere else for that kind of view.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when our check-in was arranged earlier than expected, which was a wonderful start to our stay. That said, there were two major drawbacks. First, our room was located directly behind three of the hotel’s elevators. The constant noise from the elevators made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. I would strongly advise avoiding rooms ending in “1” on any floor, as they are positioned right behind the elevators. There seems to be another section of rooms behind a different set of three elevators as well, which likely have the same issue. Second, the televisions in the rooms are quite outdated. They do not support apps or phone connectivity, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the location and service were excellent, the noise issue and outdated TVs significantly impacted our experience.

Convenient place to stay close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Housekeeping was wonderful, very detailed. A complaint was the elevators were not explained to us and we had some initial confusion in using them. Other complaint was the credit we got towards dining there. I had asked our waiter about it and it was never applied. Other than that, very nice hotel and would consider staying here again.
