Beautiful hotel with a great fitness facility, and the staff was excellent. The location was also very convenient and was within walking distance from several popular Chicago sites and restaurants.

**THERE IS NOOOOOO POOL** Do not be fooled by pictures of the pool online. The pool is no longer there as of our visit Mar '25. My family was not happy we dropped the amount of money we did for this hotel and they were not able to swim. The only reason we chose this hotel over other hotels was for the pool. Mom fail. Always call the hotel & confirm there is a pool and it is working.The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The shower & water pressure were fantastic! We had a room with two double beds. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave so keep that in mind. All staff in the hotel & the attached PRICEY restaurant, The Palm, were amazing. Look at menu online before you go. $17 desserts are huge, one can feed four people. Parking=Nightmare. I thought the overnight valet parking was a bit excessive for $87/night. There was a very small curve in front of the hotel in which to load/unload/drop your car for valet. There is self parking, it was like $80/night or close. Valet was definitely the way to go because there are so many cars trying to come & go in such a small space. Valet was charged to our room. Bring your own bottled water or use the Ice Mountain water dispenser in the gym on the 43rd floor because the tap water was not good & the bottled water in the room was $6-10 per bottle. The gym equipment is amazing & the view on that floor is spectacular. Even if you don't use the equipment make a trip up there to see the view. I would not stay again.

Awesome Location

Second stay at the Swissotel. We got 31st floor. Room is spacious. Beds are very comfortable and a view of the city to die for. Very close to good restaurants, the River walk and theather district. Only didsapointment was initial booking I requested 2 Double beds but had to settle for King size bed but at least we got a top floor...that paid off

My stay at Swissotel was amazing. Hotel is clean and staff very accomodating. Hotel location and room view couldnt have been better. Hotel is in close proximity to most major hots spots. Short walk to Magnificent mile, The bean, River walk etc. Im very happy i chose Swissotel

Great location if you’re interested in going to the museum or spending night time on the mag mile, and very quiet and clean, but the parking rates are ridiculous, and thankfully, we went with a different option, but the hotel has no personality. Literally never greeted once by the front desk or the doorman/bellman.
