Had to wait 25mins for Check in although there is no que or member waiting in the line. Was asked to wait until morning to get an extra blanket at 9pm in the night! No one available at the desk for check out either at 5am in the morning! Terrible service, will not visit again!
We stayed at Woodspring suites Father's day weekend for a bowling tournament which was very convenient because it was right around the corner. The only thing I really didn't care for was receiving a call asking for payment before we arrived to the property, the clerk stated that they were booked and would sale our reserved room if payment wasn't received by 12pm which is crazy because check in starts at 3pm per the property. We were confused and hoping it wasn't a scammed because we have NEVER gotten a call saying our reserved room would be sold if payment wasn't received by a certain time. So if this is the case then the reserve now and pay later option shouldn't be available at this property.
The floors in both rooms were extremely sticky, there was dog treats in our pull out couch and the bathtub in one of the rooms had a very large clump if hair stuck to the floor of it, and both rooms smelled like very old mop water... it took me forever to get checked in because they couldnt find my reservations, after i was on and off the phone with the hotel and expedia because they were sold out of the room i had already paid for.... not sure how that happened if they were available when i paid for them..? But the staff was nice and gave us a free towel trade in..... 🙄 def wont be staying here again...
We asked for an early check in but didn't get there early - first room wasn't even serviced. Second room was midserviced. Elevator never worked (4th floor) and wifi inoperative the whole time - need a refund....
2 stars are for the office guy and no roaches. Super chill dude. On the other hand the room has dirty sheets with other peoples hair on pillows and sheets. The ac unit air smelled like dirty mop water. Floors smelled like dirty mop water. Over all we stayed because there was nothing else for the budget. Never coming again!
This was the first time I stayed at WoodSpring suites n definitely the last. No complementary shampoo/conditioner and I was refused extra towels. Stayed there for two nights n we just wanted fresh clean towels. Our flights were delayed n checked In over the phone. When we finally got there, it was after hours n we had to wait a good 20 minutes until someone came down to let us in. I had to call a second time just to make sure that we weren’t forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.

Our room was quite dirty. There was food all over the tap in bathroom sink. Shaving hair all over counter and sink. Hair all in bath tub. What looked like blood all over phone.
