The hotel was located well for our needs, it was 7 minutes from the train station with parking, for trips into the downtown of Chicago. As stated by other reviewers, breakfast isn't free, like it was advertised. Car parking was free and 10 minutes from the airport car drop off.

I had called three days in a row to see if I ca he early check in. I was told to call every day and I would be able to check in. Got the fries checking in the older man wouldn’t let us check in at all. I have epilepsy I need to rest. The staff who Told us we couldn’t check is was rude for no reasons at all
