Very helpful staff, clean room,convenient to get to Casino or KOA by car or shuttle. Wheelchair friendly Pathways to all 3. All 3 clean inside and out, beautiful Landscaping. Casino food was very good! Will stay there again, had a great time !!

Personnel was fine. Very nice. I parked at the casino and was told the registration was up on the hill. So I went back to my car expecting to drive a mile. I could have walked. Then I could not find easy parking near the lodge entrance. I drove all around for at least 10 minutes. Turns out you park in front of the door, then register, then use your pass to park. I just wish all this was more obvious. Room was great, though an overhead light at the door did not work.

Feather falls is my home casino!! Always been our thing. Got to experience a night or two at their hotel which was a great experience! My father just passed away and I took on his service animal, Lucy, a small jack Russel terrier. Once I got in the casino a talk manager that worked there came to bully us!! I gave her something small to eat and he said " strike one! She can not be eating in here. That's unacceptable!" I said no prob just let me know what your rules are for your establishment. And he was very unprofessional as nd said you should know " she's a service dog, if she actually is one!! They followed us around to find small things she was doing like immature highschool kids. The lady was yelling at me and saying look at her? You can't control her she's out of here. But you can stay. Just because while she was yelling at us she had her front paws on my lap wanting to get away from the yelling. I hope someone goes after them for being unprofessional. They were very rude for the thousands u have spent there. We still go there but it'll never be the same after that
