The staff gleefully told my homeless family that they would be keeping our entire $200 deposit, the last cash we had and were counting on getting back for gas. There was no damage to the room, we were a little over a half hour late checking out. In my opinion the staff gets a kick down of that cash when they report someone for the front desk who is taking longer to check out of a room having to move 3 disabled people’s stuff alone. Its unnecessarily cruel and heartless thing to do. Eventually after begging i agreed to take $50 of my $200 and not book again at this hotel. The rest of the stay was honestly ok but this ruined it for me and caused a lot of problems for me. I recognize that i was a little late checking out but the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. Beware.

The room was alright, although there were a lot of extra fees and deposits and we had multiple issues with the room including the shower curtain rod falling and hitting us, toilet paper not being stocked, and towels not being provided. The hotel also tried to tell me that if I did not check in by 6 they would cancel my reservation, no doubt in an attempt to sell my room at a higher rate due to it being Memorial Day weekend. Understandable but still frustrating. All in all, it was serviceable for one quick night. I would not stay any longer than than and will likely not be coming back.

When we got there first thing you saw was a signs all over saying no water in any of the rooms. We had a mini fridge in the room we had not placed anything inside when we came back from an outing their was water all over the floor and door was closed so we did not accidentally leave it open and have the ice defrost.
