I liked that it was downtown so we got to walk and explore a lot of places. The staff were excellent. We didn’t eat anything at the hotel due to having a lot of other options around us. Didn’t like that it’s no free breakfast while you’re staying there. The room could have smelled a little better so housekeeping could have did a lot better. But overall I loved the room and the view we had.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Our AC wasn’t working we reported it to the front desk and they supposedly sent someone up there. But when we got back, it was even hotter in there than it was before so we checked out at 11 PM that night and went elsewhere. Nobody offered us a new room either.

The room itself was fine. Clean and comfortable as expected. The room service was TERRIBLE! we were missing part of our order and what we did get was overcooked and missing part of the order and it took over 2 hours. By the time we got it no one was answering the phone so we just had to take what we got. We were tired after the football game and that’s why we didn’t just go out to eat. The neighbors were loud and belligerent at 2am. We called the front desk and security came up. I was impressed that they stayed up there, because less than 5 minutes after the first time security talked to them, they started up again. Security knocked and gave them a final warning and we got some sleep. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Just don’t get the room service. It’s awful.
