The bed was uncomfortable. We felt every spring in it. The heater cycled through multiple times throughout the night waking us. We got a treat from their market only to find the ice cream cone had melted previously and been refroze. The breakfast was good however the yogurt was all outdated. We found a receipt on a shelf in the room dated October so makes us wonder how throughly the rooms are cleaned. We picked this hotel based on its 9+ rating on Expedia and were extremely disappointed.

Breakfast was great! Great choices & they continued to offer us things even after they were officially done serving it. The hot tub was down, but the pool was INCREDIBLE! They stayed up on keeping pool towels on all the empty chairs! We were not able to make it by check in time, I called & talked to someone she said she'd leave a note & it wouldn't be a problem & it wasnt at all! The check in lady was SUPER nice, very friendly & asked me multiple times if i needed anything at all & multiple times said to call down if we needed anything! She explained everything thoroughly! (We didn't make it there til 4A super nice lady) There was like 3 or 4 places to eat within walking distance. A couple little shops within walking distance! I honestly didn't want to leave! Definitely want to go back!! The room was SUPER clean, instead of a sofa bed it was a trundle bed! The shampoo & conditioner was great! Full size bottles in the shower. Beds were super comfortable, extra bedding & blankets! Housekeeping came around (I noticed skme hotels said only available if requested) the housekeeper was so nice too. She didn't speak English but knew enuf to communicate with me & was just very kind! I honestly cant say enuf great things about our stay!! The hallways were well lit, smelled good, no carpet stains! This is a great hotel & the cheapest i could find! I wouldnt recommend staying anywhere BUT HERE!!!
