Would not rent again. Deceiving cozy set up. Ever present stale tobacco smoke masked with air fresheners. Routine check-in maintenence was poor. (Owner refunded our cleaning fee.) Long-term maintenance and repair neglect.

The first day there was no power as the bill had not been paid since July. On New Years day a process. server delivered foreclosure papers. The doors were falling off the cabinets. Otherwise the pool and beach were not bad on the two days of thirty when the sun shown.

Winter get away

We enjoyed our stay tremendously , It was sunny and warm Two great restaurants were Florida fresh grill and Gregories for special occasions The food is amazing as well as the service We saw a few satellites from Coco beach a lagoon boat ride on the Banana river Good breakfast and dinner places The ocean water was so warm We will definitely be back next year

Furnishings are a little dated but the rental is a good value

Good value. Easy access to Publix Supermarket, Ron Jons, and lots of other great shopping. Great restaurants are only a block away in the Publix plaza or a stroll down the street. It's a short walk to beach, pool, and hot tub. Easy and close parking to unit makes loading and unloading easy. Friendly condo staff and friendly neighbors are nearby. The managing agency is friendly and responds promptly. I would rent this unit again.

Ok - but had nicer!

Stayed in numerous places in the past. Stay here for a month. This condo could use some updating and repairs. Kitchen not very well furnished with items like silverware and no casserole dishes, etc. This resort itself is nice.

Enjoyable

Although there were a few minor glitches, it was a great place. Very clean, heated pool most refreshing, close to groceries, etc. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lots to do and see on non pool days. Easy to get around area. Great restaurants. Only real problem was the unit was on second floor with no elevator…a problem for us carrying items up the steps, but we survived with the help of a neighbor. Owners were most helpful in making us comfortable in our stay. Loved every minute.

Amazing cocoa beach property!

I will definitely be booking this one again! It was our 1st time in Cocoa Beach and it was awesome! We got to see a launch, enjoy the beach, have the best lobster I've ever tasted at Coconuts and yummy ice cream at Donkey! Loved the house & felt very welcoming! REB WAS VERY RESPONSIVE & HELPFUL!
