The room was decent, i didnt like they dont provide free shampoo never been to a motel where its not provided, alot of ppl live here and smoking in the no smoking rooms and i smelt it in my room. was there. 2 out of 3 towels looked like they wasnt even washed. Vent in the bathroom looks like it had never been cleaned, staff at front desk was nice

There is no holder for the toilet paper. The room was damp and the pillows felt wet. I didn’t know there was a “dry“ feature on the air conditioning unit that was already set to 66°. It was cool enough but very damp. It wasn’t until three in the morning that the pillow I brought with me was soaked due to how much humidity was in the room. I’ve never seen a dry feature on an AC unit.

The room was clean and met our needs, but could have used more lights and some furniture, especially to sit on. The lady at the desk was very helpful, especially in obtaining reliable shuttle service to and from the port, for which we were very grateful. We were able to safely leave our car there while gone since it was parked under surveillance.

Great location and courteous staff. However, the rooms are very Spartan without so much as a microwave, coffee maker, or even a clock radio. Coffee is offered in the lobby during morning hours, but you better get there early if you want a cup.
