Had potential
We arrived and booked for two rooms. My husband and I got a king room with a special view. I got another room with two queens and no special view. I paid $75 more for the special view. And while the view was nice, my tv was super small and on top of the desk. While in my children’s room they had a much larger tv that was mounted on the wall. I had to switch rooms because there was no air in my room and the tv didn’t turn on. I told the guy at the front desk and I’m not sure if he was having a long day but he was not friendly nor eager to help. I explained there was no air and the tv didn’t turn on. He pushed a few button on his computer and said he adjusted my air from his computer and it should be working and he would send a tech up for the tv. When I return to my room to tell my husband, what the man at the front desk said, my husband was not pleased with his answer because there were still no air coming out. My husband went down to the front desk to speak with the man after explaining there’s still no air. The man said he did not have another room to switch us to. My husband said I’m sure you do. If not, I need to speak with the manager after pushing several more buttons on the computer he found us a room. However, during the night day around 3 AM, the air in that room went out as well. Making our stay very unpleasant.
