Lazy staff

It would have been helpful for yall to call me before my room was canceled so I could have fixed the issue and kept my room. Especially after I called and said I was coming but won’t be there till after midnight. Thanks for making a very long day even longer. Trying to find another place to go while the lady really didn’t give a damn at the front desk was a blast!!
