The hotel is very old and run down. The price was cheap and it was a place to sleep but not up to my expectations for cleanliness. The breakfast was pitiful.

Can’t have visitors, front desk lady said I needed to sneak my 25 year old Airman son in to the room if he was to come see me. So after dinner he walked me in because it was sketchy. Not safe for a woman alone. Metal lock did not work in room 109. I slept with my clothes on and did not shower. Also, they questioned my service dog. Got a refund from Expedia bc the hotel said everything was resolved. Lol. Don’t stay.

Hotel cheated me. I booked an "upgraded" suite (really just two queen beds instead of two full beds), but $30 more expensive. I also included a note that I had a small dog in a carrier and was prepared to pay the extra $25 pet fee that was listed in the Policies. When I arrived, the host said I could not have the upgraded room with a dog. OK, that's not the end of the world. I wish this hotel that advertised as "Pet Friendly" made it clear that only certain rooms allowed pets and then I wouldn't have booked the upgraded room. I was OK to accept the regular room AND pay the pet fee, but what actually happened was that the hotel refused to refund me the difference between the regular room and upgraded room AND they charged me the pet fee. The host insisted that they couldn't issue a refund and that Hotels.com needed to do it. I've never previously stayed at a hotel that I booked from Hotels.com that claimed to be so utterly powerless. And I have no reason to believe it was the truth. If I had booked a regular room for $30 less, they would have just put me in the same room I ended up in and still paid the $25 pet fee, but I would have saved $30. They billed me for a room they refused to give me and then refused the refund. On top of that, the room was in bad shape. Mold in bathroom that was obviously ignored. Just wipe the walls a bit to clean it off at the very least. But no. The "included breakfast" was a JOKE. slices of white bread, some yogurt, and apples. THATS IT. YIKES!

The room itself was clean (so thanks to the team there), but the grounds/grass had a lot of litter (aluminum can lids, trash, etc) and for being dog-friendly, it felt much more of a "dogs tolerated" type of establishment. I also missed the $20/25 fee when booking (booked online, paid in person). I realize now that it's in the fine print, so perhaps if someone else looks at the pictures, reviews, price, and then makes sure dogs are allowed...maybe check elsewhere. I also somehow missed that breakfast ends at 9am. I saw it after the fact and like...just left feeling disappointed overall. More that this is the policy in the first place. Breakfast ending at 9 when checkout is at 11...on a Saturday morning is just...disappointing. I didn't even think to double check on breakfast times because the check-out times seemed to be at such a normal time. Anyway, we won't be back. But hopefully the head people in charge can look at making some changes to make it a more enjoyable stay for pet owners in the future.

The staff was horrible, a staff member pounded on my door while I was sleeping because he accused me of tracking mud into the hotel, the walls are paper this and I had to check out two days early because the guy in the room next to me made it impossible to sleep. Upon checking they didn’t have a king bed like I reserved and it was a bad experience from the start. I contacted for a refund and she said I would get one in a day or two and I have yet to get the refund. Stay away the cheap price is still not worth it. The room I got was very outdated and dirty.
