The room was just ok. It could have been a little cleaner. The shower curtain was filthy, the toilet seat needs to be replaced, the mirrors were smeared and it was a bit dusty in places. The beds were a tad uncomfortable.

Where to begin--first off, the lady working the front desk seemed friendly enough, but she didn't seem to 100% know how to do things. For example, she said my card was declined but than it suddenly wasn't? That was odd. The lobby was nice enough--but COVID signs were still displayed. And, the elevator was out of order which would have been horribly inconvenient for anyone handicapped--a fact she didn't mention to guests until they were unloading their luggage and hauling it upstairs. Then, the room itself was dirty--there was feces in the toilet, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the room smelled like mildew, the comforter had spots on it, and there were gnats in the room. The bathroom was also super tiny. The soda vending machine took my money but didn't dispense, and the lady at the desk said "Oh well. We can't do anything." She just really didn't seem to care about customer service. The check out am lady also really didn't seem to care about her job or the customers. And the bed--let me tell you....it was easily the most uncomfortable bed ever--a weird, hard lump down the middle with metal bars on either side that you hit with your legs getting in and out of bed. And the bed itself was as hard as a 2x4 and super squeeky. The entire thing was disappointing and highly unsatisfying.

Great hotel for the price. I’ve stayed here multiple times for work. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Always clean and comfortable. Good selection of food and stores within walking distance as well.

I was very pissed with service when we got there. Her name is Nidi and did not even get the room i booked nor accomendated us. Would not give receipt to us that night already paid. The roikm was hot and smelled. Looked like door has been kicked in before and not very secure with locks missing on it. Did not feel safe not nice to either me or husband three times we tried talking to her. I know it is probably not posdible but to look ar getting a partial refund. We were supposed to stay two nights. We left that next morning and found another place to stay the second night. So upset especially after working all day and driving 4 hours and were there in OFallon for a major family event. Plan on writing this week their coorporate office about it is as well. Hope you take this to heart and i ha0ve been a membef with you guys for a lo g time. Thanks Shannon Galloway
